The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. You can contact the controller directly about personal data processing and the exercise of your rights using the contact details above.
How we process personal data
The detailed rules depend on the stage and nature of cooperation with the controller. We process data of people asking about cooperation, clients and their representatives, people searching for properties, people contacting us through forms or portals, recruitment candidates and people exercising GDPR rights.
Data may be processed to answer enquiries, present offers, perform brokerage agreements, verify identity where required by anti-money laundering regulations, coordinate real estate transactions, handle direct marketing if consent is given, recruit team members, establish or defend claims and answer rights requests.
Recipients and retention
Data may be shared with IT and telecommunications providers, legal, accounting, tax and audit advisors, postal or courier operators, real estate brokers cooperating on a given transaction, contractors participating in a transaction, notaries and public authorities when required by law.
Data is kept for the time necessary to handle the matter, perform the agreement, meet legal retention duties, respond to possible claims, conduct recruitment or until an effective objection or consent withdrawal where applicable.
Your rights
You have the right to access data, receive a copy, rectify data, erase data, restrict processing, transfer data where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interest, object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise your rights, contact the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.

The website uses cookies necessary for proper operation and may use analytical or marketing cookies after consent. Session cookies are temporary and persistent cookies remain on the device for the period defined in the browser or cookie settings.
